Biography

John was born on 10th October 1803 at Mary Redcliff, Gloucestershire, and was baptised on 23rd October 1833? at Wooburn Green Methodist Chapel, Buckinghamshire.[1]John 4th son of Samuel and Ann Millard of the Parish of Mary Redcliffe, October 10th 1803. He was baptised along with his brother Benjamin, 3rd son of Samuel Millard Ann Vines , born Septerber 27th 1802.

John appears to have married Sussanna ? of Crediton in Devon.

John died on 9th december 1873 and can be found on the Death index as John Millard age 70 December quarter 1873 Keynsham, Somerset.[11]volume 5c page 459.

John`s will was probated on 13th February 1874.[12][13]13th February 1874 the will of John Millard late of Downend Gloucestershire, Surgeon who died on 9yh December 1873 at Downend was proved at the principal registry by Susanna Millard of Pendenny House, Downend, Widow the Relict the Sole Executix. Effects under £600.
