Biography

Phebe was the daughter of Nehemiah & Phebe (Shores) Millard

She married first Jeremiah Ormsby, son of Jeremiah & Mehitable (Wilmarth) Ormsby, on 4 September 1732 at Rehoboth, Bristol, Massachusetts Bay Colony - parents of Phebe

After the death of Jeremiah, Phebe married as her second husband, Stephen Colgrove, son of Francis & Ann (Unknown) Colegrove/Colgrove, on 7 June 1740 at Providence, Rhode Island Colony - their children were Nathan, John, Jonathan, Phebe & Lotta (all of their children were born at Foster, Providence, Rhode Island Colony)

At some point, members of this family relocated to Connecticut & Vermont
