Biography

T. J. Miller was born May 2, 1859 in Georgia to father J.P. Miller and mother Nancy Jane Dodd.[1]

Thomas J. Miller wed Miss Elvira E. Dodd October 30, 1884 in Fulton County, Georgia as seen in an image of the original marriage register.[2]

Thomas Miller was enumerated as head of the household at 46 Ponders Avenue, ED 71 Atlanta Ward 5, Fulton County, Georgia for the June 12, United States Census, 1900. He was noted as a general machinist and born 1860 in Georgia. He had been married fourteen years and was an owner as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are wife Elvira Miller, daughter Cleo Miller, daughter Jewel Miller and son Ralph Miller.[3]

Thomas J Miller was enumerated as head of the household at 44 Ponders Avenue, Atlanta Ward 5, Fulton County, Georgia for the April 22, United States Census, 1910. He was noted as born 1860 in Georgia and had been married twenty-five years. He was a machinist (furniture factory) and an owner as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are wife Elvira E Miller, daughter Jewell A Miller and son Ralph Miller.[4]

Elmer E [Thomas J] Miller was enumerated as head of the household at 44 Ponders Avenue, Atlanta Ward 5, Fulton County, Georgia for the January 21, United States Census, 1920. He was noted as born 1870 in Georgia and married. He was an owner and a machinist (repair shop) as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household is wife Elvira E Miller.[5]

T. J. Miller died January 17, 1927 in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia. He was married. His wife was listed as Elvira E. Miller.[1]

As listed in the Find A Grave Index,[6] T J Miller is buried at Marietta City Cemetery in Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia.[7]
