Biography

Elsie Chloe Miller, daughter of William Miller and Anne Kiven, was born in Wake County, North Carolina c.1762.[citation needed] She married Jesse Dodd in Wake County in 1779.[1]

Chloe Miller Dodd died in Alabama in 1836.[citation needed]
