William Joseph Miller was born on 15 June 1872 in Back Creek, Bendigo, Victoria, Australia, son of Alice (Cosgriff) Miller and William Miller.[1]
He married Gertrude Minnie Mooney on 21 August 1892 in Victoria.[2] They had a daughter.[citation needed]
William died on 9 September 1899 at Kotupna Station in Nathalia, Victoria, aged 27 years.[citation needed]
