Henry Paul Miller, 63, of Cole St. died today in a Kerrville veterans hospital. He lived here with his brother-in-law, Marion M. Woods.

A resident of Corpus Christi since 1937, he was with the school system until 1949 as head custodian at the old Corpus Christi High School.

In 1949 Miller became a receiving clerk for Borden Co. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and participated in the invasion of Iwo Jima.

Miller was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Survivors are five brothers, William J.O and Norris Miller, both of Las Vegas, Nev., J. W. Miller of Taylor, Gilbert Miller of Loomis, Calif., and George S. Miller of Austin, and three sisters, Mrs. Willie Noack of Taylor, Mrs. Lena Grill of Russell, Kan., and Mrs. Joe Kreitz Jr. of Temple.

Funeral services will be at Cage-Mills Funeral Chapel with the Rev. John Mac Kinnon, pastor of First Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be in Seaside Memorial Park with military honors.
