Pearl E. Miller was born to Charles Newton Miller and Lillie Belle Buchanan in Blanchard, Cleveland, Oklahoma on September 17, 1918.[1]

In a 1940 Pinal, Arizona Federal census Pearl Miller Harris claims to have lived in Edinburg, Texas in 1935 with husband Glendon Harris and sons Glendon Jr and Tommy R. Harris. In 1940 the family is living in Pinal, Arizona[2]
