An Afternoon Wedding Celebrated at the Church of SS. Peter and Paul

Yesterday afternoon, at 4:30 o’clock, at SS. Peter and Paul’s Church, Louis W. Miller and Miss M. Julia Wackerman were united in marriage by Rev. Joseph A. Miller, of the Holy Family Church.

William Gragen, William Wolf and John G. Maid officiated as ushers. As the bridal party entered the church Mendelssohn’s wedding march was played by Professor Frank A. Pohl

The bride was attired in white China silk. The bridesmaid wore yellow silk trimmed with white and carried yellow roses. The maid of honor wore a gown of white and violet silk and carried variegated chrysanthemums.

After the ceremony the bridal party was driven to the residence of the bride’s parents, where the wedding supper was served. The happy couple received many beautiful and costly wedding gifts from their numerous friends.

Mr. and Mrs. Miller left last evening at 6:30 o’clock for an extended trip through the East. They will be at home to their friends at No. 9 Churchlea street after December 1st.
