Elizabeth Miller was born in 1741 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia,, daughter of William Miller (1715–<1767) and Jane Hord (~1721–>1766).

Elizabeth (17) married Joseph Bledsoe (26) (born about 1732 in Spotsylvania, Colony of Virginia; son of Captain William Henry Bledsoe Sr and Elizabeth Ann (Mumford) Bledsoe) on November 3, 1759 in Spotsylvania, Virginia.[1] Their children were:

Elizabeth Miller died on February 7, 1799, in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky, when she was 58 years old. Betty Bledsoe, wife of Joseph Bledsoe, a minister. She died Feb. 7, 1799, and was buried Feb. 9, in Lexington. KG 2/21.[2]

In "Kentucky Obituaries, 1787-1854" compiled by G. Glenn Clift, Genealogical Publishing Co., Inc., 1979" is stated on page 2, "Betty Bledsoe, wife of Joseph Bledsoe, a minister. She died Feb. 7, 1799, and was buried Feb. 9, in Lexington."
