We don't have a source for her exact birthdate being May 4, 1756. Her gravestone gives only the years of her birth and death. There are so many errors and uncertainties in old genealogies for this family (see notes on her father William Millikan), that it would be very good to get solid documentation.
Biography
Hannah Millikan and Enos Blair were married at a meeting appointed for the purpose at the house of John Rich in Guilford Co. NC.[1]. They were the parents of 13 children.[2][3]

Thanks for adding her exact birth and death dates. Could you also please add your source for this information? Apparently her gravestone just says 1756-1852 (although I haven't verified this in person), and in my previous research I was unable to find exact dates for her in Quaker records.
