THIS IS ROBERT HODGSON'S SECOND WIFE NAMED RACHEL MILLS
The two Rachel Mills are not duplicates. They are first cousins who both married Robert Hodgson many years apart from each other. The earlier Rachel Mills is the daughter of Thomas Mills and Rebecca Harrold.
The later Rachel Mills is currently listed as the daughter of Hur Mills and Rachel Herrold. I am not quite ready to believe that Rachel Herrold is her mother.
