Biography
Noel Thomas Milne was born on 6 March 1919 in Shepparton, Victoria, Australia, the son of Lilian Meggs (Plaisted) Milne and John Kay Milne.[1]
He married Nancy Isobel Begg on 4 January 1945 in Camberwell, Melbourne, Victoria.[2]
Noel died on 16 June 2006 in Surrey Hills, Melbourne, aged 87 years.[citation needed]
