Biography

Isobel was born in 1649 in Dundee, Angus, Scotland. She was the daughter of John Milne and Magdalen Scott. On 18 Jan 1670 in Scotland she married William Elkanah/James Watson. They had their first three children in Scotland. Then, some time between 1672-1674 they moved to the United States and settled in Maryland. They had four more children in Maryland. Residing in Maryland the remainder of her life it is here she passed away in 1682.
