Elizabeth was born about 1824 in Georgia.[1] She married Moses Waters on November 20, 1850 in Lumpkin Co, Georgia.[2] In 1870, She and Moses Waters Jr. have children: Nancy, John, Charles, Harvey, Henry, William, Martha & Mary.[1] Nancy Mincy age 60, born in South Carolina is living with them.[1] One household ahead is Moses Waters, Sr., age 91, with wife Rebecca, age 77.[1]
