George Alfred Minnich son of Alfred Henry Minnich and Caroline Helfrich was born 7 March 1866 at Allentown, Lehigh, Pennsylvania.[1] He married first H. Lillie Smith 7 February 1897 at Frankfort, Clinton, Indiana.[2] After her death, he married second Lillie Mae Kirkland 1 May 1921 at Archer City, Archer, Texas.[3] She had previously been married to James James A. "Jim" Leach.[4] George died 8 April 1940 at Archer City, Archer, Texas and is buried in Archer City Cemetery, Archer City, Archer, Texas.[1][5]
