John was born in 1655. John Mirick ... He passed away in 1706. [1]
John Mirick of Newtowne in the County of Middlesex, province of Massachusetts Bay, made his will on 29 April 1706. In the will, he nominated "my loving wife Elizabeth Mirick" to be executrix, "together with my eldest son Samuell Mirick and my two loving Brothers in Lawe Jonathan Fuller and Richard Word [Ward?] ... until my son Sam'll Mirick shall come to the Aige of twenty-one years." The will expressed concern for "the bringing up of my children," but didn not name the other children. Others named in the will were "my Loving Brother in Law Ebenezer Stone and my Loving Kinsman Thomas Wiswall."[2][3] His estate was inventoried on 11 July 1706.[4][5]
