Mary Mitchell was born about 1725 in Elizabethtown, New jersey Colony, British Colonial America, died there 7 June 1766, daughter of Nathaniel Mitchell and Elizabeth Jewell; married to John Cooper Woodruff in August 1747 at Elizabethtown, Essex, New Jersey Colony; buried at First Presbyterian Churchyard, Elizabeth, Union County, New Jersey, USA.[1]
Mary is named in the will of her father Nathaniel Mitchell ( NJ Wills Lib. C, p. 204. 1738, Aug. 14.)
