She was noted as born 1930 in Texas and single as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are head E B Mitchell, wife Laura Mitchell and daughter Coleen Mitchell.^[1]

Barbara Estelle Mitchell Pettigrew is buried at East Memorial Gardens in Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas.^[2]
