Doctor was born on November 28, 1835 in Tennessee and a son of Allen Mitchell and Sarah (unknown). Dock married Lydia L. Parker on December 25, 1856 in Washington County, Illinois. He passed away on June 18, 1942 in Sam Saba County, Texas and is buried in the Rock Rock Cemetery, Rock Rock, Williamson County, Texas. [1]
