Biography

It is doubtful that these are the correct parents. The only real documentation that exists says that the father is named Charles and the mother is named Sophia. Also, the couple Louis St. Michel Circe and Louise Colin did have a daughter born in 1821 but her name was Florence Circe and she was born in Canada ...found on PRDH-IGD

Did she have brothers: Charles St. Michel who married Aureli Mayotte, Louis St. Michel who married Catherine Mendeville, Alfrede St. Michel who married Philomene Patnaude ??????

Is Louisa St. Michel Patenaude a sister or cousin? Louisa was buried in Saint Josephs Cemetery, died October 29 1876. She married Oliver Harrison Patenaude and they had fourteen children: from findagrave.com: Louisa was born and raised in Quebec. She immigrated to the United States at a very young age, settling in upper New York State. Louisa was married to Oliver Patenaude, also a native of Quebec, in 1838. They had fourteen children; Francis X., Adolphus, Ursula R., Phoebe J., Agnes M., Susan L., Oliver H., John, Nancy A., Adeline, Louis O., Alfred F., Frederic P. and Melanie. When Oliver died in 1872 Louisa had been married to him for thirty-four years. Louisa died in 1876 at the age of fifty-five.

On page 19 B4. Child is Charles St. Michel baptized on February 2 1862 and born on January 10. His father is Charles St. Michel and mother is Aureli Mayotte. Godparents are Joseph Tessier and Leocadie St. Michel.

Could Charles St. Michel be a nephew of Leocadie St. Michel ? Is Charles St. Michel Senior her brother?
