Birth: Royal Hobart Hospital..Hobart, Tasmania on the 3rd of August 1957.
Residence: Lived the first 6 years or so at Lucaston where Dad bought a farm and planted apple trees and built our home etc. My parents separated, divorcing in 1965. Kathy ( my sister ) and myself along with mum moved to Bagdad to live with Montrose and Ruby Palmer (mums parents) I grew up learning old fashioned values from my grandparents
Education: Primary School. 1965-1970 Bagdad, Tasmania. High School, 1970-1973 Claremont High School, Tasmania Went to high school though did not finish for My certificate left when I turned 16 in August
Travel: Moved from Tasmania to Melbourne to travel and explore. 1974-1982
Marriage: Met my future wife Queensland we moved to Melbourne and married in 1983. We had 2 boys together before separating in 1989 then divorce in 1991..
Why do this: I never really knew much about either side of my family, just snippets here and there so Sept 2016 this year decided to do something about it. Starting with "My Heritage" 'Ancestry" and "LINC" Tasmania managed to track down The Tasmanian side for both Great Grandparents.. Finally learning one side was from Forfarshire, Scotland and the other from Wales, England.

Thanks for your contributions to our tree.
I see that you have been adding pre-1700 profiles tonight using "family members Family search" as your source. This is not considered an adequate source for pre-1700 profiles. Would you please review the Pre-1700 Quiz and the explanations about the sort of sources WikiTree is looking for, as well as our Help page on Sources.
Thank you!
Dave

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.
Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.
If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.
Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.
Marlene ~ WikiTree Mentor
I see you registered under the name of Mark, which I presume is your given name?
If I am correct , may i suggest you edit your profile to reflect your actual identity and put Tony in the preferred name field. When your descendants come looking for you, it will be much easier for them to find you :)
Happy researching, Wendy Wikitree Greeter
