Biography

• Julia Amanda Mitchell was born in Clark County, Missouri, in 1860. She married Robert L. Arnold in Clark County, Missouri, in 1881. She and her husband were living in Keokuk, Iowa in 1930; Julia (Mitchell) Arnold died in Keokuk, Iowa, in 1940 and is buried in Oakland Cemetery, Keokuk, Iowa.
