- "MITCHELL, John Edward (Jack) - September 16, 1989 late of Umina, beloved husband of Muriel (deceased), loving father and father-in-law of Donald and Barbara, Adrian (deceased), Kevin and Pat, Sandra and David and dear grandfather of Robert, Barbara-Anne, Ian, Karen, Brett, Sharee and Adele. Aged 84 years. We will miss you, may you now rest in peace".
