Thomas' estate was probated in New London County (file no 3540) 12 Mar 1706/7. His wife Hannah and son Daniel were administrators. Inventory taken 28 Aug 1706, gives his death date as July 30, 1706, equaled £298.00.08. Abigall had already received 16.11.00. Names of children; Daniel 28, Abigell 25; James 22; Hannah 20; Rabacka 18; A Lizabeth 16; Dorithy 15; Ann 12; Zebediah 9.[5]
Thomas settled upon a farm belonging to Mr. Fitch, east of the Shetucket. A tract of twenty acres, "where his house stands," was confirmed to him July 10, 1680, as a free gift from Mr. Fitch to his daughter. This land was within the bounds of the nine-miles square purchased from the Indians in 1659. They had nine children.[4]
