Education His schooling was at the David Livingstone Mission School in the Bubi District where he was raised.
Military Service: The BSA Police was very much a para-military service and was the nation's first line of defence. Young policemen were thus thrust into armed conflict during the insurgency of the later 1960's and the decade which followed. Those who appear on the BSA Police Roll of Honour (War) are afforded full military honours in the true sense.
Occupation: Policeman - joined the BSA Police in February 1978; Reg.No.26122; served until January 1979 . His first posting out of Tomlinson Depot was to Bulawayo Central.
Demise: KIA - contact with terrorists in a Bulawayo township while serving as a Constable with Duty Uniform. [1] [2].
Burial: He was buried in Bulawayo on 11 January 1980
