Seaburne was born in 1876. He was the son of Seaburne Moens and Emma Hill. He passed away in 1956.
Rank C.I.E. 1917, C.B.E. 1918. Knight of the Grace order of St. john of Jerusalum FRGS. Honourable Lieutenant Colonel.[1]
