Susannah was born on 15 September 1839 in York, Western Australia.[1]
She possibly went to England with her father in March 1858.[2]
She married William Dalgety Moore on 16 July 1860 in York.[3]
MARRIAGE NOTICE. Married. At York, on the 19th July, by Archdeacon Brown, William Dalgetty, eldest son of the late Samuel Moore, Esq., of the Middle Swan, to Susanna only daughter of J. H. Monger, Esq., York.[4]
In 1867 she inherited her father's house in Perth which was located at the corner of St Georges Tce and Mount St (opposite the Pensioner Barracks). It later became The Mount Hospital.

Mrs. W. D. Moore, wife of W. D. Moore Esq merchant of this town died at her residence very suddenly of epilepsy on the 10th August. Her remains were followed by a large concourse of the sympathysing public, besides many friends numbering about 150.[5]
