Daugher of Duncan Moore and Martha (Spears) Moore, Frances was born in Marlboro District in South Carolina in 1949.[1][2][3] She married Francis Gibson in 1875, and she died of a heart attack in 1947.[4]. She is buried at Gibson Cemetery in Gibson, North Carolina.[5]
