Amanda Jane Moore Caldwell was born 12 May 1824 in Georgetown, Brown County, Ohio. She died 18 May 1863 in Fountain Green, Sanpete County, Utah.
Amanda Jane was the daughter of Andrew Moore and Rebecca Curry.
She married Thomas Celton Ivie on 24 August 1844, in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois. They were the parents of Sarah Jane Ivie, Thomas Ivie, Alma Ivie, William Harvey Ivie, Amos Elmer Ivie, Joseph Johnston Ivie, Amanda Ivie, Elizabeth Ivie, Hyrum Smith Ivie, Mary Ivie and Charles Ivie. (Source: [1])
Amanda married Matthew Caldwell on 20 December 1861 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.[1] Their daughter was Amanda Venturia Caldwell.
