Biography

Thomas Moore was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)

Thomas was born in 1863, the son of Alexander Moore and Mary Irwin. [1]

In 1901, Thomas Moore married Zipporah Treloar.[2] In 1905 and 1916 censuses, they were living at Condah Swamp. Thomas was a Factory Manager.

He passed away in 1945, aged 82.[3]

DEATH. MOORE.—On the 20th day of September, at his residence, 52 Hurd Street, Portland, Thomas, dearly loved husband of Zipporah Moore and loving father of Alex. Aged 82 years.

FUNERAL NOTICE. The friends of the late Mr. Thomas Moore are respectfully invited to follow his remains to the place of interment the South Portland Cemetery. The Funeral is appointed to leave his late residence, 52 Hurd Street, Portland, on Saturday at 2.30 p.m. punctually. By Order, WILLIAM A. JARRETT, (T. C. Jarrett, Propr.) Funeral Director. [4]
