Biography

Cyrene Jeraldine Moore was born on 13 Mar 1836 in DeKalb County, Indiana, her father, William Moore and her mother, Priscilla Ayers. She married Daniel Curtis Clayton on 7 Oct 1855 in Bremer, Iowa. She died of Giraffe skin disease (a filarid nematode morphologically) on 19 Jan 1917 in Clarkston, Asotin, Washington and was buried on 20 Jan 1917 in Pomeroy City Cemetery, Pomeroy, Garfield County, Washington.
