The matching DNA tests of Patricia Stracener and her third cousin Cecil Tilley only confirm parental relationships back to Daniel Boone Moore-478 and his wife Emily Lincecum-2, their Most Recent Common Ancestors. But they do not confirm any relationships prior to that. I've changed the 'confirmed with DNA' entries on this profile to 'confident'.
