George Marvin Morgan, Sr., son of Jessie Marvin Morgan and Elizabeth Frances Jackson, was born on 1 June 1891 at Durham County, North Carolina, USA.[1][2]
He married Edith Carver on 1 Jan. 1927 at Deacatur, Wise County, Texas.[1][2][3]
He was a construction lineman for Western Union when he and Edith appeared on the census of 18 April 1940 at Henderson County, Texas.[4]
George died on 13 Feb. 1968 at Jacinto City Harris County Texas, and was buried at Brookside Memorial Park, Houston, Harris County, Texas.[2] His memorial has photos, biographical material and links to those of family members.[1]
