Cora (Morgan) Balsley was born in Appalachia, in West Virginia.

Cora was born in 1879. [1] She is the daughter of Charles Morgan and Octavia Lemmons.

Her first husband was Jesse Milroy Martin.

Cora married Oran Balsley in 1915. [2]

She passed away in 1969. [3] Cora is buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Buckhannon, Upshur County, West Virginia. [4]
