Biography
Charles Allen Morgan was born August 28, 1857 in Georgia to father Samuel Morgan and mother Nickleson.[1]
Alen Morgan was enumerated at Post Office Burton, 10th District, Polk County, Tennessee for the July 19, United States Census, 1860. He was noted as born 1856 in North Carolina as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are male Samuel Morgan, female Hannon Morgan, male John Morgan, female Jaspen Morgan, female Clarinday Morgan, female Nancy Morgan, male William Morgan, female Elizar Morgan, male Jams Morgan and male Henry Morgan.[2]
Allen Morgan was enumerated at Blairsville Post Office, Subdivision 126, Union County, Georgia for the June 22, United States Census, 1870. He was noted as born 1855-1856 in Georgia and farm laborer as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are female Hannah Morgan, male William Morgan, female Eliza Morgan, male James Morgan, male Henry Morgan and female Netty Morgan.[3]
