OBITUARY: Joplin Globe, Tues. Nov. 11, 1975 - Joshua Morgan - Goodman, Mo. - Services for Joshua Junior Morgan, 51, Goodman, who was killed about 6:30 p.m. Sunday in a one-vehicle accident near Neosho, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Union Church, east of Anderson. The Rev. Johnnie Williams will officiate, and burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of the Ozark Funeral Home, Anderson. Mr. Morgan was born on June 12, 1924, at Fowler, Kan. and had lived in the Goodman area most of his life. He is survived by his wife, Mr. Lola Morgan, Neosho., three sons, Jim Morgan, Jerry Morgan and Mike Morgan, all of Goodman; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Morgan, Granby; a brother, O. C. Morgan, Phoenix, Ariz.; two sisters, Mrs. Martha Ann Rodgers, Shelton, Wash. and Mrs. Bonnie Lewis, Bentonville, Ark., and a grandchild. The highway patrol said Mr. Morgan was killed when he apparently lost control of the pickup truck he was driving on Highway 60, a mile east of Neosho, and the vehicle struck a bridge railing and then overturned.
