Elizabeth Bodenham Morgan was born about 1542 in Llaurhynmy, Monsmouth, Wales. She married Thomas Morgan. Elizabeth, the daughter of Roger Bodenham, with whom they had 4 sons and 4 daughters.

She was named in the 1579 will of her father Roger. He also named her husband Thomas Morgan and made a bequest to their daughters, who were not individually named. ^[1]
