Biography

Born: Simeon Morgan, twin to Capt. Samuel Morgan of Scotland, Connecticut, was born 18 May 1734 in Preston, Connecticut, the son of Samuel & Elizabeth (Forsyth) Morgan.^[1]

Married: Simeon m. Hannah Morgan, both of Preston, 26 Aug. 1762.^[1]

Died: He died in Preston on 23 Jan 1809, and is buried at the Preston City Cemetery. ^[2]

He settled on the old Morgan homestead in Preston, where his children were all born, and where he died before 22 March, 1809, when the inventory of his estate was taken. ^[3] His wife, Hannah, d. 24 Sept. 1796 ^[4]
