Biography
James Morgan, son of Patrick Morgan & Margaret Dunn, was born on 17 July 1853 and baptized on 5 August 1853 in St. Peter and Paul, Alton, Illinois.[1]
In the 1860 census James R Morgan (age 4) was in Chicago City 1st Ward, Cook, Illinois.[2]
James Morgan (age 22) married Esther A. Hill (age 19 years) on 18 April 1876 in Des Moines, Iowa.[3][4][5]
In the 1880 census James Morgan (age 27), Works In Tile Factory, was the married son-in-law of Sarah Ann Hill in Kossuth, Des Moines, Iowa.[6]
In the 1900 census James Morgan (age 48) was the married head of household in Jefferson Township, Louisa, Iowa.[7]
In the 1910 census James Morgan (age 57) was the married head of household in South Independence, Polk, Oregon.[8]
In the 1920 census James Morgan (age 64) was the married head of household in Independence, Polk, Oregon.[9]
In the 1930 census James Morgan (age 77) was the married head of household in Independence, Polk, Oregon.[10]
