Frank came to Ransom County North Dakota with his parents at the age of six. He farmed in the county for many years and in 1945 he moved to Englevale, ND and opened Morgan's Bar. He was not married. Interned at Oakwood Cemetery in Lisbon, North Dakota. He was survived by three brothers, Thomas and Phillip of Valley City, ND and John from Verona, ND and four sisters, Mrs. John (Catherine) Lehman, of Seattle Washington; Mrs. William (Mary) Uhrich of Chicago, Illinois, Mrs. Sam (Eva) of Manasses, New York, and Mrs.Harold (Elizabeth) McCauley of Massina, New York.
