place where I now live to my son William MORGRET, except strip next to where John MORGRET lives, out of which William MORGRET is to pay my son Peter MORGRET the sum of $275 three years after my death, Peter MORGRET to have two promisary notes which I held against him amounting to $425,

to my son John MORGRET, place where he now lives and also piece of land which Job MORGRET conveyed to me adjoining John MORGRET, out of which John MORGRET is to pay my daughter Rachel Mann, $223, and to pay his mother the yearly interest as long as she lives, and Peter Mann to have his promisary note given upt to him amounting to $277,
