Biography

Sarah was born in 1776. She was the daughter of Henry Morris and Mary Byrd. She passed away in 1842. [1]

Sarah married Charles Young 29 March 1793. [2]

Research

Uncertain, but a Charles Young appears in the Kanawha Land Book. This may or may not be our Charles, so it's parked in the research pending a more thorough look by a future genealogist. To wit:

"Charles Young Enters 50 acres by the above Warrant [Henry Newhouse & John Baxter at 4mile fork of Coopers] No. 4678 in Kanawha County on Fallingrock Creek, a branch of Elk River, beginning on a line of John Teays [?] & Wm. Nylers Survey on said Creek, thence with one line of the same and leaving the said survey and running in toward Elk River for quantity. June 28th, 1826.[3]

Morris-1776 and Morris-66 do not represent the same person because: Conflicting parent profiles; different genders, different first names.

Morris-10512 and Morris-66 do not represent the same person because: The other person has people attached to the tree that are not relatives. I don't have time to clean it all up.
