1900 US Census Richard is a coal miner and Laura's parents are from Ohio Richard Morris Head M 36 Illinois Laura Morris Wife F36 Illinois Ettie Morris Daughter F 16 Illinois Will E Morris Son M 15 Illinois John A Morris Son M 13 Illinois Louella Morris Daughter F 11 Illinois Iola Morris Daughter F 9 Illinois Eva Morris Daughter F 5 Illinois Mabel F Morris Daughter F 1 Illinois....a farmer with 9 children.

1910 US Census Richard 47, Laura 46, William 24, John 22, Iola 17, Eva 15, Mable 11, Geneva 9, Floyd 6, living on Jackson Str. in Sparta. Richard, William and John are all coal miners. Laura and Richard have been married 27 years. 1920- Eva (25) was living in the home of her parents Richard A. (58) and Laura B. Elliott Morris (57), brothers John (32) and Floyd (15). and sister Geneva (18).

1930-Eva (35), Floyd (40) and his mother Lora (65) and Maxine, daughter aged 13, living in Sparta, Randolph, IL.

Note: Evelyne Morris asserts that Maxine was raised by Eva and Floyd and was originally Maxine Carson. She doesn't remember why Maxine came to the Livingstons.

1940: Eva (45), Floyd (50) and his mother Lora Livingston (75) were living in Ward 3, Sparta, Randolph Co, IL.

Lora Livingston outlives both Floyd and Eva, passing away at the Sparta Nursing Home in November 1958 ~Trinity Presbyterian Church records.
