Biography

"(3) John, son of Guyon Morrison, Sr., was probably the third in order of birth. He was one of the executors of his father’s estate. His name is found in the list of the first grand jury called, under the authority of Pennsylvania, to meet in Washington county. He acquired a large tract of land in Peters township, where he resided until his death in March, 1789. He was unmarried."[1]

John died at age 49 or 50 in Peters Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and was buried at Chartiers Hill Cemetery in Canonsburg, Washington County, Pennsylvania.[2]
