Biography

Elizabeth Morrison (married name Budds) was born on 26 December 1813 in Edinburgh, Scotland, the daughter of Martha Morrison.^[1]

She married Andrew Budds on 5 June 1837 in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia.^[2] Their children were:

• Jane Catherine Budds (1838–?)^[3]
• Richard Budds (1840–1845)^[4]
• Elizabeth Ann Budds (1843–1903)^[5]
• Richard John Budds (1847–1893)^[6]

Elizabeth died on 14 April 1890 at 6 Ophir Street, Richmond, Victoria.^[1][7] Her remains were interred at the Boroondara Cemetery in Kew, Victoria on 16 April 1890.^[8][9]
