Biography
Research Notes
The Morrison book[1] says she moved first to Georgia, then to Arkansas with her son James, after the death of her husband in 1824, and says she died in Arkansas. The book by Adelaide McLarty[2] (which I don't consider to be reliable) says she moved to Georgia after her son James died in 1835, and that she died in Campbell Co. GA.
However, since she has a memorial at Find A Grave showing burial in Georgia[3], perhaps she did die in Georgia. [Elizabeth Harris]

I completed the merge. I believe that her birth in North Carolina is certain, and that she died in Georgia and is buried in the McLarty family cemetery. I don't think we know exactly where she died.
