Flora Stephenson was enumerated as wife of the head of household at Simpkins Street, Militia District 0531, DeKalb County, Georgia for the April 4, United States Census, 1930. She was noted as born 1910 in Georgia and married. She was first married at the age of seventeen as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Ray R Stephenson and daughter Betty R Stephenson.^[1]

On April 1, 1935, Flora E Stephenson lived in DeKalb County, Georgia.^[2]

Flora E Stephenson was enumerated as wife of the head of household at Covington Road, Militia District 637, DeKalb County, Georgia for the April 25, United States Census, 1940. She was noted as born 1910 in Georgia and married as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Raymon R Stephenson, daughter B Roylene Stephenson and son James Raymon Stephenson.^[2]

Mrs. Flora Morrison Stephenson was listed as 'The person listed that "Will always know your address" when husband Raymond Roy Stephenson registered for active duty as shown in this 1942 Georgia, World War II Draft Registration. Their address was Route 2, Covington Road, Deactur, DeKalb County, Georgia as seen in this image of the original form.^[3]
