Biography

Andrew J Morrow was enumerated at Summit Post Office, Western Division, Blount County, Alabama for the June 16, United States Census, 1860. He was noted as born 1848 in Alabama as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are male A J Morrow, female Mariah Morrow, female Elizabeth Morrow, male Thomas J Morrow, female Sarah A L Morrow and male John Morrow.[1]

Andrew was the youngest child of Andrew P. Morrow and Mariah Nesmith(?). He and Mary Johnson were married at the bride's residence. He is buried in Smyrna Baptist Church Cemetery, Courtland, Lawrence County, Alabama.
