Research Note
It should be noted that the 1940 US Census lists this family with the last name of ‘Aubrey’. The verified connection to the Culvey family was made through local neighbors at the times and facts in previous 1930 Census records, with knowledge that they had not moved and the Ezbon Luke Culvey WWII Draft registration. The quality of the 1940 census record was deemed poor and hard to discern, as an answer for incorrect enumeration.
