Richard Willoughby d 1425 purchased Wollaton Old Hall and its estate from Roger Morteyn about 1314-1319, after the 1310 marriage of Richard's son Richard Willoughby 1290 - 1362and Roger's daughter (and apparently his heir) Isabel Morteyn. Through the marriage, Richard acquired land in Derbyshire and in Dunsby, Lincolnshire.
Isabel Mortaigne was born at Wollaton, Nottinghamshire at various times according to different trees at ancestry com: 1275 [1]; 1289 [2]; or perhaps 1298.
Given that she married in 1310 a birth date of circa 1290 is reasonable.
She is said to have died in 1332 [2]
